We aim to process and ship all orders within two business days. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. EST on Friday or on weekends will ship the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping is free for all orders over $60. For orders under $60, a flat shipping fee of $6.50 applies.

While we don't have a standard expedited option, you can email our team at support@ventinove.com to inquire about custom options.

We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee on your first purchase. If you're not satisfied, contact us at support@ventinove.com within 30 days for a full refund. This policy applies to your first order of each new product category you try. Refunds are processed using your original payment method once we receive the product. Repeat purchases and orders past 30 days are non-refundable.
